Smoked Turkey Lavash Wrap

Ingredients

  • Fresh wrap
  • Turkey
  • Creamy GoatCheese Spread
  • Roasted Red Pepper
  • Crunchy Cucumber
  • Arugula and Fresh Dill

Instructions

Prepare your work surface: Lay a piece of lavash bread flat on a clean surface. Spread the base: Evenly spread a generous layer of creamy goat cheese spread over the lavash bread. Add the turkey: Place a few slices of smoked turkey evenly over the goat cheese spread. Layer the vegetables: Add thin slices of roasted red pepper on top of the turkey.
Follow with thinly sliced cucumber for that extra crunch. Add the greens: Lay a handful of fresh arugula over the vegetables. Sprinkle the chopped fresh dill for an aromatic touch. Roll it up: Starting from one end, carefully roll the lavash wrap tightly but not so tight that the ingredients squeeze out. Serve: Cut the wrap in half diagonally for easy handling and an attractive presentation.

Tips

  • If the lavash bread seems dry or cracks while rolling, lightly mist it with water to make it more pliable.
  • Feel free to experiment with additional ingredients, such as avocado or different types of lettuce, to suit your taste.
